I found the programme with the help and support of my Locums and group members very easy to follow and no problem at all.

I had loads of energy

I found I had so much free time when there were no big meals for 3 months.  I had loads more energy too. I actually tackled our garden, much to the delight of my wife, and it’s looked good ever since!

I went on a golf weekend away with a lot of friends and felt empowered, as I would have drunk loads and come home feeling worse for wear! I also went out lots of times with my friends and felt so much better for drinking only water!

I lost 4 stones and lots of inches

I lost 4 stones, in only 11 weeks and I did lose a little bit more when I was refeeding. Because I had lost in excess of 3 stones, my Locum was happy for me to start my refeeding a week earlier than is normal.

My body measurements were reduced quite dramatically, I lost 18.5cm (7¼”) off my chest; 22.5cm (9”) off my waist; and 11.5cm from my hips (4½”).
