Personal Success Story With Howard’s Way Weight Loss Programme
When I first joined Howard’s Way in 1998, I was feeling unhappy and depressed, having tried every other diet under the sun.
I had seen one of my workmates who had been on the Programme and witnessing his results inspired me to come along.
Almost 14 Stones Lost
I find being on TFR (Total Food Replacement) simple – as I am an ‘all or nothing’ person, I find this kind of diet programme so much easier.
Having completed my initial Preliminary group with a weight loss of almost 14 stones, I have still attended Howard’s Way regularly over the years. From time to time, I have completed a Recovery group (minimum of 6 weeks on TFR, followed by 4 weeks of Refeeding) to help control weight fluctuations. I always find it easy, once I am back into the routine of TFR again.
What gets me through to the end of my weight loss is the fact that I can rely upon achieving a good, predictable amount of weight loss each week, so that at the end of it all, I can get back into wearing whatever I want again.
I Enjoy My Group
I love the social side of my group, together with the non-judgmental nature of everyone I come across at Howard’s Way – I know that I can come back whenever I want.
I am so grateful for the support of my Locums, who are there for me in the groups, and at the end of the phone if ever I need them.
